Summer Term Invoice

This form is to confirm your child/childrens attendance for the new term. Summer term will run from 17th April through to and including 17th July with a week off for Half Term 3rd/5th June. 13 paid weeks total at £10ph with the usual 20% discount for multiple classes, or siblings.
