PRINCIPAL JENNY STOW - A.I.S.T.D

Since graduating from Laine Theatre Arts, Jenny has had the pleasure of dancing alongside Pharrell, Robbie Williams, Michael McIntyre, Anton Du Beke, The Saturdays, David Walliams, Bradley Walsh, Denise Van Outen, Jamelia, Alexander Armstrong and Mark Ronson. As well as being a resident backing dancer on TV series 'The Voice’, she has appeared on many TV shows including ‘Tonight at the Palladium’, BBCs ‘The Magicians’ and numerous Royal Variety Performances.

Jenny has also perfomed at the Royal Albert Hall with ‘Anton and Erin’s Christmas Spectacular’, ‘Night of 1000 Stars’ and ‘The Jingle Belle Christmas’ which toured Concert Halls across the UK. She has worked on many arena shows which include performing at The O2 London, The MGM Grand in Vegas and the Manchester Arena with Peter Kay, Paddy McGuiness and the cast of Pheonix Nights.

She has loved working on set, filming for TV commercials, music videos and feature films and has danced across the world at corporate events for Mercedes, Waitrose, Lynx, Wella, Argos, Puma and Schwarzkopf.

Jenny was also an assistant choreographer on ‘Mrs Browns Boys d’movie’ and she choreographed the dance auditions for the ‘Thursford Christmas Spectacular’ a wonderful show of which she was a part of for 4 years. 

…But more importantly than waffling on about everything she has done in her career, her most rewarding achievement to date, has been finding a love of teaching. 

Jenny is a guest teacher with the ISTD, Checcetti Summer school and the Classical Ballet Academy at Tring Park. She also taught at PPA, Mountview Academy and AMTA colleges in London.

Jenny has her Advanced 2 R.A.D ballet and Advanced 2 I.S.T.D modern. She has also attained her I.S.T.D Associate ballet and F.D.I modern teaching qualifications. Jenny is fully DBS checked, a licensed chaperone, first aid trained, has public liability insurance and her level 2 safe guarding.

After being the Principal at PPA Kids for 5 years and becoming a new mummy in 2018, Jenny was delighted to open Red Academy in 2019 and hopes to inspire young talents to share her love for the performing arts.
